Certified Tutor-Part-time

Instructs and directs the activities of students to help them achieve maximum academic success, in accordance with Title I, or other program guidelines. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.

Instructs and directs the activities of students to help them achieve maximum academic success, in accordance with Title I, or other program guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited college or university with Bachelor’s degree. Valid Tennessee professional teacher’s license. Minimum of two (2) years of successful classroom experience.

(PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).

 

Degree Equivalency Formula:

 

Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.

Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
