A leading healthcare facility in the Littleton, New Hampshire area is looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join its surgical services team!

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity

• Monday–Thursday schedule, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• On-call responsibilities required

• Supportive, collaborative surgical team

• Training available for the right candidate

• Opportunity to work in a close-knit hospital environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment

• Maintain sterile fields and follow proper aseptic techniques

• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure necessary supplies are available

• Perform accurate surgical instrument and supply counts

• Assist with patient positioning and transfers

• Clean, process, and maintain surgical equipment, including endoscopy scopes

• Support efficient operating room turnover and patient safety

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or eligibility required

• Formal surgical technology training required

• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
