    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician to support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring proper handling of surgical instruments and sterile supplies. The ideal candidate will maintain a sterile environment and contribute to efficient surgical operations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies for surgical procedures
    Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile field
    Prepare patients for surgery (washing, shaving, disinfecting incision sites)
    Handle, label, and coordinate transport of specimens to the laboratory
    Maintain inventory and restock sterile supplies
    Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of surgical equipment
    Assist with patient transport as needed
    Stay updated on surgical techniques, equipment, and best practices
    Perform clinic duties as required (rooming patients, taking vitals, handling orders, routing calls)
    Required Qualifications:
    Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Required
    Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
    Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
    Certifications Required:
    BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
    Additional Requirements:
    Ability to take call as scheduled
    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Flexibility with shift timing
    Dress Code:
    Royal Blue Scrubs or Business Casual (as per facility guidelines)


    Mon-Fri, 8hr day shift. shift to be determined by manager
    Call: 2 days per week and 2 weekends per month. Half of this time is second call.
    Certification required
    BLS Required
    Coordinates preparation or disposal of specimens and delivery to laboratory according to procedures.
    Maintains inventory of sterile supplies.
    May assist in patient transport.
    Keeps current regarding developments in the surgical equipment, trends, and techniques through attendance at in-services or other educational programs.
    Clinic responsibilities may include rooming patients, taking vitals, orders, and routing phone calls.
    Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and disinfecting incision sites
