Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Assist in a variety of elective surgical procedures including Ortho, Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
• Ensure proper sterilization and organization of operating rooms
• Provide support to surgical staff during procedures
• Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CST Hospital experience
• NBSTA and DORA Certifications
• BLS Certification
