Candidates should be proficient in maintaining sterile technique, anticipating surgeon needs, preparing and organizing instrumentation, and collaborating effectively with the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Travelers should be experienced in scrubbing a broad range of procedures, including but not limited to Spine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our busy Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced perioperative environment and possess strong sterile technique, anticipation of surgeon needs, and the ability to adapt to a variety of surgical specialties. Schedule & Call Requirements:Four (4) 10-hour shifts per weekHours: 6:45 AM 5:15 PMRotating call is requiredHoliday call is required

Unit Description:We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team. This position will be primarily assigned to the Main OR; however, the traveler must be competent and comfortable scrubbing a variety of surgical specialties to support departmental staffing needs.The CST will provide scrub support across multiple service lines, excluding Cardiovascular (CVOR). Candidates should be proficient in maintaining sterile technique, anticipating surgeon needs, preparing and organizing instrumentation, and collaborating effectively with the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.Travelers should be experienced in scrubbing a broad range of procedures, including but not limited to Spine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. While the primary assignment will be Spine, flexibility to work in other specialties as needed is required.Note: This position does not require Cardiovascular (CVOR) scrub experience, as travelers will not be assigned to CVOR cases.
