The CSPT II is a certified sterile processing technician who has a minimum of 12 months experience as a CSPT I or who has been engaged in the active certified sterile processing technician role for at 24 months in an acute care facility with an active sterile processing department prior to being employed at THS. This CSPT demonstrates competency in all aspects of the job requirements for the sterile processing department. The CSPT II will act as a resource for other employees.

High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
*CERTIFIED STERILE PROCESSOR
Qualifications
*Employee must meet the requirements outlined in the CSPT Clinical Ladder Policy.
*must have certification- Certified Sterile Processing Technician or Certified Endoscopy Technician
