Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Lead / Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile execution, improve sprint predictability, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful project outcomes across cross-functional technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement.
Manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, scope, and delivery timelines.
Track Agile metrics such as velocity, throughput, sprint predictability, and defects.
Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices.
Required Skills
10 15+ years of technology/software delivery experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean, Project Governance, and Stakeholder Management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
Strong skills in project planning, scope and change management, risk management, and cross-team coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: Oil & Gas/Energy domain, Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and Agile delivery for data-driven projects.
