    $1,000 Sign on bonus for eligible employees


    Available Shifts Include:

    230p-11p (Full Time 30+ hours)

    1030p-7a (Full Time 30+ hours)

    Weekend Warrior Program (30+hours Weekends Only)

    Part Time & Per Diem


    Hourly Rate $20.00-$23.00

    About the Role

    As a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA), you will be part of creating a caring environment with your clinical team, focusing on administering medications and treatments to your residents in an assisted living environment. Often you will support your residents with personal support needs as well, such as light housekeeping.     Key Responsibilities

    • Medication & Treatment Delivery: Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with established standards and protocols.


    • Personal Support: Assist residents with personal support needs and daily living activities, including light housekeeping.


    • Relationship & Environment Building: Foster positive customer relationships, exercise good judgment and verbal communication, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: High school diploma.


    • Certification: Must have completed a training program approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.


    • Experience & Mindset: Experience with or a strong desire to spend your workday caring for people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill.


    • Skills: Focus on a high level of customer service, ability to work with independence, flexibility, good judgment, and strong verbal communication skills.
