Sound Anesthesia is honored to collaborate with the established, high-performing team at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Bay. We are committed to supporting the strong clinical foundation already in place-fostering collaboration, advancing patient-centered care, and investing in the clinicians who serve this community. Local Team Collaboration:

• We believe in local, site-level leadership.
• 5 physicians and 18 CRNAs model
• Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting the full scope of practice for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sacred Heart Bay is a level II trauma center covering general, ortho, cardiac, vascular, neuro and OB/GYN services.
• Robust compensation package with a sign-on bonus available.

Scheduling:

• A unique rotation with pod members totaling an average of 8 24-hour shifts in a rotating 4-week period.
• 13 weeks off.
• No call or shift responsibilities over and beyond the working schedule.

Qualifications:

• NBCRNA certified.
• Active FL license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Panama City, Florida, is a vibrant coastal community offering the perfect blend of beachside living, outdoor recreation, and family-friendly neighborhoods. Residents enjoy easy access to sugar-white Gulf Coast beaches, boating, fishing, and parks, as well as a lively downtown with dining, shopping, and cultural events.
• Panama City is served by high-quality public and private schools, including Bay District Schools and nearby higher education options like Gulf Coast State College.
• With its welcoming community, excellent amenities, and strong local healthcare, Panama City is an ideal place to live, work, and raise a family.
