Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Odessa, TX

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-respected hospital with a supportive surgical team
• Monday–Thursday schedule, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Two OR suites with an average of 3–5 scheduled cases/day
• General surgical cases and pediatric dentistry (5 days/month)
• No OB cases and no on-call responsibilities
• All cases are scheduled with occasional emergent cases through the ER
• Facility is actively growing surgical volume

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099 contract option: up to $450,000 annually
• Direct employment option: salary up to $375,000 annually
