We are committed to supporting the strong clinical foundation already in place-fostering collaboration, advancing patient-centered care, and investing in the clinicians who serve this community. Local Team Collaboration:

• We believe in local, site-led leadership
• 5 physicians and 20 CRNAs model
• Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting the full scope of practice for all members

Key Responsibilities:

• Sacred Heart Emerald Coast offers general, ortho (including spine), and OB/GYN services
• Recently earned Level II Maternal Care verification by The Joint Commission in 2025. Voted Best Hospital for Maternity Care by Newsweek.
• Practice to the top of your license.

Scheduling:

• 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available in the Main OR
• No call
• 8 weeks guaranteed off

Qualifications:

• NBCRNA certified (or to be certified if a student)
• Active FL license
• Authorized to work in the United States

• As a not-so-hidden gem, Miramar Beach offers miles of sugar-white beaches with picturesque emerald-green waters. Outdoor living is an integral part of everyday life, with biking trails, boating on Choctawhatchee Bay, and golf, all set against a backdrop of plenty of family-friendly parks nearby.
