    Description

    Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Sky Lakes Medical Center | Klamath Falls, Oregon

Are you looking for a practice environment where you can truly work at the top of your license? Sky Lakes Medical Center is inviting a full-time CRNA to join our collaborative, high-functioning team in the heart of Southern Oregon. Whether you prefer the independence of a 1099 contract or the security of a W-2 role, we offer a practice model that respects your expertise and protects your work-life balance.

The Opportunity: Practice at Full Scope

Experience a "best of both worlds" environment: the autonomy of an independent model with the supportive backup of a collegial MD/CRNA group.

    • Schedule & Call: Enjoy a highly predictable schedule designed for sustainability and lifestyle, featuring a 39 weeks on / 13 weeks off model. Your standard week consists of three days of scheduled cases (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), one call day, and one post-call day off. Call is highly supported, with CRNAs primarily taking first call on weekdays and physicians on backup.

What a Typical Week Looks Like:

      • Monday: Scheduled cases (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

      • Tuesday (Call Day): Scheduled cases or float backup during the day; pager call after 5:00 PM

      • Wednesday:OFF (Post-Call)

      • Thursday: Scheduled cases (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

      • Friday: Scheduled cases (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Note: Weekend call features an alternating first/second call structure (e.g., 1st call Friday, 2nd call Saturday, 1st call Sunday), followed by Monday off.

    • Rotation: Equitable 1:5 call (CRNA as first call; MD as backup).

    • Case Mix: Diverse and engaging, including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and a heavy emphasis on Regional (main hospital OR + Ambulatory Surgery Center cases included) Anesthesia.

    • Facilities: Split your time between the main Hospital OR and our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
