    Want to practice to the full scope of your license? An independent critical access hospital in Wisconsin is adding a CRNA to its four-person anesthesia team. You'll have real autonomy, a wide case mix, and compensation that matches the responsibility.

    About the role

    • Full-scope CRNA practice supporting general surgery and OB (about 140 births per year)

    • PICC and central line placement

    • Join a team of 4 full-time CRNAs

    • 1:4 call with a 20-minute response time

    Compensation and benefits

    • $273,800 base salary, guaranteed

    • Expected total pay of about $337,000 (± $5,000) including call pay and call-back pay

    • $10,000 sign-on bonus

    • $12,000 relocation assistance

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program

    • Current NBCRNA certification

    • Wisconsin RN license, or a multistate compact license, or eligibility to obtain one

    • Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS

    • Comfort with independent, full-scope practice; OB and regional experience strongly preferred

    • Able to live within a 20-minute response time of the hospital for call
