Experienced Certified or Registered Medical Assistant needed for busy family medicine office in Frankfort, IL. This is a part time position and must be certified or registered medical assistant. Minimum of two years of prior experience required. Must be computer literate, comfortable with pediatric patients, skilled at giving vaccines/injections to patients of all ages, and able to draw blood. Duties include rooming patients, giving injections, phlebotomy, scheduling appointments, relaying test results to patients, verifying insurance eligibility, accurately documenting into EMR and billing software, scanning into EMR, sending billing statements, posting payments, assisting with remote patient monitoring, doing referrals, and performing basic in office testing.
