Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a current CPO certification, experience maintaining commercial swimming pools, and the ability to work independently while ensuring pools remain safe, clean, and compliant with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of commercial swimming pools and spa systems.
Test and balance pool water chemistry.
Maintain proper chemical levels and accurately document readings.
Clean skimmers, baskets, filters, pumps, and other pool equipment.
Identify and report equipment issues or needed repairs.
Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records.
Ensure all pools meet local, state, and facility safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues as needed.

Qualifications

Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
Previous commercial pool maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and industry best practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Requirements

Must be able to successfully pass a military installation background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening.
Must be dependable, professional, and maintain a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay Range $22.47 per hour + $5.09 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (These monies are used for your benefits)
