GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Boys School is seeking a Physical Education Teacher to inspire and educate youth ages 12-21 in a structured, supportive learning environment. More than teaching sports or fitness, youll help students develop healthy habits, build confidence, strengthen teamwork, and gain lifelong skills that contribute to their overall success. Youll create engaging lessons aligned with Wyoming Content and Performance Standards while working alongside educators, counselors, and treatment staff to support each students academic, physical, and personal growth. Qualifications
PREFERENCES:
Fully accredited by Cognia, the Wyoming Boys School maintains high standards of educational excellence and institutional quality. Qualified candidates must be Wyoming-certified or willing to obtain Wyoming certification and hold a valid Teaching Certificate with endorsements in K-12 Physical Education and K-12 Health.

Bachelors Degree (typically in Education)
Experience:
0-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Education or Instruction)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Possession of or proof of ability to secure a Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board Certificate.

4-6 years of progressive work (typically in Education or Instruction)
