Location: Redlands, CA 92374
Schedule: Mon–Thu 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Fri 10:30 AM–7:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Interview: In-person interview required

Job Summary
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Pharmacy Technician I – Materials Coordinator in Redlands, CA. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you’ll support pharmacy operations by filling prescription orders accurately and efficiently while also handling inventory/materials coordination responsibilities (receiving, stocking, reconciliation, returns, cycle counts, and documentation).
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Fill medication orders accurately using an in-house system
- Count medications using manual processes and automated counters (EYECON)
- Assist the pharmacist with scanning, labeling, and preparing medication orders
- Review orders for special instructions (e.g., safety caps) and include correct supplies/paperwork
- Replenish stock; clean and maintain pill counting equipment
- Manage inventory functions including purchasing/receiving, tracking, reconciliation, put-away, and cycle counting
- Monitor shortages/trends; pull short-dated/expired product from active inventory
- Support pick/pack stations: ensure medications, shipping/packing supplies are stocked
- Assist with return goods processes and required documentation (including SOX-related documentation)
- Perform Operations Assistant duties (packing/shipping/cleaning) 10–20% of the day as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license is required
- National certification alone is not accepted for this role (per client policy)
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience as a pharmacy technician (retail, hospital, specialty, etc.)
- Strong reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Basic computer/data entry skills; ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to follow SOPs, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills (clear and effective)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–55 lbs (5–10% of the workday)
- Ability to stand/walk/lift for extended periods (physically demanding environment)
