Certified Pharmacy Technician (Closed Door)

Oxford Solutions is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for direct hire opportunities supporting closed-door, technology-driven pharmacy operations at multiple locations. These roles are ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, and focused on accuracy and patient support.

Multiple locations available: Pittsburgh, PA. Boise, ID and Chesterfield, MO)

Schedule:

Full-time schedules vary by location and may include weekday shifts, occasional later hours, and rotating Saturdays depending on site needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacists with prescription intake, processing, fulfillment, and related pharmacy workflow.
• Enter and review prescription and patient information for accuracy.
• Assist with prescription transfers, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential patient information.
• Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy team members to keep orders moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri, Idaho, or PA Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain 
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred; closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with pharmacy systems and learning new technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
