About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Lead 30-minute kickboxing-inspired circuit training sessions for clients.
- Provide personalized fitness assessments and goal-setting for members.
- Monitor and support clients' progress, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all fitness levels.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintain a clean workout space.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously improve training methods.
- Promote 9Round programs and events to engage the community.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization.
- Experience in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
