Certified Personal Trainer

BFT is looking for a driven Personal Trainer who’s ready to take their coaching to the next level in a high-energy group training environment.

This is not traditional one-on-one training. You’ll lead structured, science-backed 50-minute sessions designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and deliver real results for a full room of members.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead group training sessions for up to 36 members
• Deliver personalized coaching within a group setting through form correction and member engagement
• Motivate and build relationships to drive retention and results
• Create a positive, high-energy training environment every session
• Support studio operations including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer or related degree (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year personal training experience
• Strong coaching presence, communication, and energy
• Ability to coach multiple clients at once in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for strength training, results, and community
• CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain
