The Role We Want You For
The Certified Payroll Compliance Coordinator supports Clayco’s compliance requirements for projects subject to certified payroll reporting. This role serves as a primary contact for LCPtracker and coordinates compliance-related activities across LCPtracker, Textura, and JD Edwards. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of certified payroll rules and policies and be able to communicate requirements, procedures, and reporting expectations effectively with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
The Specifics of the Role
LCPtracker
- Set up projects requiring certified payroll reporting in LCPtracker.
- Obtain required company information from subcontractors.
- Add and maintain subcontractor records for assigned projects.
- Monitor LCPtracker reports and follow up on subcontractor compliance issues.
- Respond to subcontractor questions and troubleshoot LCPtracker issues.
- Communicate certified payroll requirements, policies, and deadlines to subcontractors.
Textura
- Set up certified payroll compliance requirements in Textura for projects using LCPtracker.
- Update Textura weekly to reflect subcontractors LCPtracker compliance status.
JD Edwards
- Update the Subcontractor Log to place subcontractors on hold for LCPtracker non-compliance.
Qualifications:
- Construction certified payroll experience preferred but not required.
- LCPtracker experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting weekly deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
