We are currently hiring for a floating MA based out of our Raleigh Location
Our ideal candidate would have a medical background, is friendly and engaging with strong attention to detail. They would be comfortable administering shots, rooming patients, assisting with in-office procedures, working with physicians to start notes, and facilitating patient communication.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Anticipate needs and workflow to allow MD to focus on clinical care and decision-making.
Rooming & prepping patients in the clinic for MD visits.
Communicating with patients to answer questions and troubleshoot care issues.
Assist with scheduling appointments and procedures.
Assist with scopes and office procedures.
Assist with pre-op and post-op care, including patient education and minor procedures.
Qualifications
Medical Assistant certification preferred; ENT experience a plus.
Proficient with iPads and EMR systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
