Creekside Care Center of Gahanna is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outstanding rehabilitation team. If you are passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents in achieving their functional goals and maximizing independence.
- Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health.
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Foster a positive, resident-centered therapy environment.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Net Health documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.
