About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This role includes both school-based services and clinic hours. If you’re passionate about supporting patient independence, enjoy a flexible schedule, and want to be part of a caring and collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

  • Provide direct, hands-on therapy services in school settings and in our clinic
  • Support functional skill development for students and patients across various environments
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising OT
  • Document sessions accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Educate patients, students, caregivers, and school staff on therapeutic strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
  • Uphold state licensure, regulatory, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a COTA
  • CPR certification preferred (or required upon hire)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt between school-based and clinic environments
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
