    Responsibilities:

    Follows treatment plan and provides services under the direction of Occupational Therapist.

    Maintains patient occupational therapy records by recording the client's progress for use by the occupational therapist.

    OTA will work in collaboration with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan.

    OTA will supervise Residents' activities to ensure they are done properly.

    Accurately report patient status and progress to the supervisor.

    Document patient care in a timely, legible, and efficient manner.
