Schedule

• Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under OT supervision

• Support ADLs and functional rehab

• Monitor/report patient progress

• Complete accurate documentation

• Maintain safe, compliant care

Requirements

• Associate degree from accredited COTA program

• Active California COTA license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
