Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Playsmart Therapy Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric team. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you'll help children build fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental skills — making therapy feel like play while building strong partnerships with families.

• Implement OT treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct, engaging pediatric therapy services
• Document session notes, progress, and outcomes accurately and on time
• Communicate regularly with the supervising OT regarding client progress
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, support coordinators, and the broader care team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming therapy environment
• Assist with maintaining therapy equipment and materials
