Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year.
Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.

Compensation
Your compensation will range from $30-32/hour with GUARANTEED pay regardless of cancelations! Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.
Sign-on bonus
Up to $5,000. Whether you're moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building your materials, we want to help!
