Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities through hands-on therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with functional mobility, self-care activities, coordination tasks, and upper extremity exercises
• Support individualized rehab goals using therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies
• Encourage resident participation while creating a positive therapy experience
• Communicate progress updates with the rehab team and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
