Position OverviewWe are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in skilled nursing/long-term care settings and familiarity with the Net Health electronic documentation system. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
Assist with patient evaluations and contribute to individualized care plans.
Deliver goal-driven treatment programs to help residents improve independence and functional abilities.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of therapy sessions.
Collaborate closely with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Experience with Net Health or other electronic documentation systems is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and a resident-focused mindset.
