Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

Post Rehabilitation Services is looking for a COTA to join the rehab team at Northern Manhattan Rehab and Nursing Center. You'll help residents practice meaningful daily activities as they recover or adjust to changes in their abilities.
What You'll Do
Provide treatment based on plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Work with residents on dressing, grooming, coordination, and other functional tasks
Reinforce strategies that help residents use their skills outside therapy sessions
Observe progress and discuss changes with the OT
Document treatment and coordinate with nursing and the care team
