Ultimate Therapy is seeking a COTA at Autumn Lake at New Britain. You'll help residents build skills for everyday life, working alongside an Occupational Therapist to support recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do
Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
Help residents practice dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
Reinforce adaptive equipment use and techniques outlined in the care plan
Share observations about residents' progress and treatment tolerance with the OT
Document sessions and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
