Post Rehab is looking for a COTA to join our skilled nursing rehab team. This position offers the chance to work directly with residents while supporting independence and functional progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision
• Assist residents with self-care, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity activities
• Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic exercises
• Communicate resident progress with the OT
• Complete accurate documentation
