Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a setting where you can build meaningful connections with residents.

Position Overview:
You will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, helping residents improve their ability to complete everyday tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead individual and small group therapy sessions
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training
• Encourage participation and motivate residents throughout treatment
• Observe changes in condition and report to the OT
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
