We are seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support students in achieving their functional, academic, and social goals for one of our school site in
Bethel, CT. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality services in a school‑based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Assist in adapting classroom activities and environments to meet student needs
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Connecticut COTA license
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
