    Position: Occupational Therapist Assistant

    Salary Range: $31-33 per hour

    Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

    Weekend Rotation: None

    Sign-On and Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified applicants

    We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a P-Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to help clients improve their daily living and work skills. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with disabilities or injuries to regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans

    - Implement treatment plans under the direction of Occupational Therapists

    - Monitor and record clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

    - Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve daily living skills

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients

    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and progress notes

    - Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice in the field of occupational therapy

    Requirements:

    - Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program

    - Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

    - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    - Knowledge of various treatment techniques and equipment used in occupational therapy

    - Willingness to continue learning and staying updated on advancements in the field of occupational therapy
