Responsibilities
Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, adhering to established routes and schedules
Ensure patients' comfort and safety during transportation, providing assistance as needed
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including mileage and dates of service
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless transitions for patients
Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain CNAs and van driver certifications
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clear driving record
Ability to lift and transfer patients with mobility impairments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
