About the Role:Ellis House LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team in Clinton, MD. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient care
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being
Requirements:- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Strong knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and personal care procedures
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Clinton, MD area
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state home care requirements
