Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00 Plus Shift Differential

Our CNAs play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on patient care while supporting nurses and other members of the healthcare team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or looking to grow your healthcare career, you'll be part of a team that values teamwork, respect, and quality patient care.
As a CNA, you'll help patients feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their hospital stay. Responsibilities include:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
Assist patients with walking, transferring, repositioning, and mobility needs.
Provide comfort, emotional support, and compassionate bedside care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans.
Communicate patient needs and observations to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A compassionate, patient-focused approach and a genuine desire to help others.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00
Additional shift differentials are available based on applicable shifts, job codes, and company policies.
