    The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known hospital in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a compassionate and dependable Med/Surg Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their clinic.

    In this role, you'll support licensed nursing staff by providing direct patient care and assisting with daily clinical activities under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

    As an essential member of the care team, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality patient care while supporting the mission, values, and standards of excellence upheld by the Department of Nursing.

    Schedule: PRN |Days | Nights

    What You’ll Do

    General Responsibilities

    • Assist with patient care activities under the direction of licensed nursing staff
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information
    • Participate in ongoing education and competency development
    • Demonstrate flexibility to meet patient, unit, and organizational needs
    • Report to work and complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
    • Provide support to other departments as needed
    • Maintain open communication with nursing administration
    • Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned
    • Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
    • Foster positive interactions with patients, families, and colleagues

    What We Are Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program at a vocational school/hospital
    • Current CNA certification required
    • Current CPR certification (AHA) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
    • 1 year of hospital or medical experience preferred
