Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable HHA to assist patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
• Help with safe transfers, walking, and positioning according to the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
• Current HHA or CNA registration.
• Current CPR certification and required TB screening.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
