About the Role:Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Philadelphia, MS. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure sores
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:- Valid CNA certification in the state of Mississippi
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
