Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a Long-Term Care assignment. The CNA will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Assignment Details:
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: Day Shift (Variable)
Shift Length: 12 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Potential for 48+ hours based on facility needs
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Measure and record vital signs and patient observations
Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Assist nursing staff with patient care and documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Provide compassionate care in an LTC setting
Required Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
