Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Follow infection control protocols and adhere to all HIPAA and facility compliance standards

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach to care
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
