Certified nursing assistants in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. Team members are empowered to make sound clinical decisions, manage their assignments independently, and adapt quickly to changing needs. The Float Pool is ideal for certified nursing assistants  who take pride in their independence, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a variety of clinical settings.

     

    • Schedule: 6:45pm - 7:15am, Night Shift, Part-Time (Shift Differential for 11p-7a; Float Pool Differential)

    What We're Looking For:
    • Education: High School or GED
    • Experience: One year experience, preferred.
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration:Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required.
    • Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation, preferred.
