What Youll Do

It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. Our team members are part of an environment that fosters team work, team member engagement and community involvement.

What Were Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience: One year preferred. One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
