Pay rate:
$25/hr- $30/hr Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Perform medication passes in accordance with established clinical standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation.
- Provide compassionate nursing care while following facility policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units to ensure quality patient care.
