Schedule: 8 hour evenings; 3-11p

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality patient care in a geriatric care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of recent CNA experience and an active North Carolina CNA certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs and other patient information as directed.
• Support patients with feeding, hydration, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Follow established patient care procedures, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months of recent CNA experience.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification/license required.
• Previous experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
