About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our patient experience. Working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager or Director, and under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, skilled, and age-specific care. You arent just checking off a list of dutiesyou are a vital collaborator working alongside physicians and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our patients receive high-quality, compassionate care. Your Impact: Direct Bedside Support: Deliver essential daily care, assist with clinical procedures, manage ADLs, and accurately monitor vital signs. Proactive Observation: Serve as the clinical eyes and ears by closely monitoring patient status and reporting any critical changes to the supervising Nurse or Physician. Clear Communication: Advocate for our patients by ensuring their immediate needs are communicated efficiently across the care team. Precise Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all patient interactions and care details within the medical chart. . Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88 The night shift pay differential will be paid at18%of the employees base rate of pay.The weekendshift pay differential will be paid at8%of the employees base rate of pay. Qualifications Education: Prefera high school diploma or GED. Experience: Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience. Specialized Training: Must successfully complete approvedValleywise Healthcomputer classes. Certification/Licensure: Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requires BLS cardobtained through an approvedAmerican Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Bilingual is preferred. Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people. Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
