BrightStar Care of Lawrenceville is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care to a client in Cumming, Georgia.

Position Details

• Location: Covington, GA

• Schedule: Monday- Sunday (3-4 days) 

• Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Primary Duties

• Bed bound
• Must be able to lift 

• Personal hygiene assistance

• Transferring assistance using a Hoyer lift

• Bathing and dressing

• Skin care and oral care

• Companionship and client interaction

• Additional care as outlined in the client's Plan of Care

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift in accordance with training and the care plan.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate nursing staff.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

• Follow the established Plan of Care and all applicable policies and procedures.

• Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.

• Experience with Hoyer lift transfers is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation.

• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.

• Ability to work independently while following the established care plan.
